Why PIPLA?
It is of prime importance to put in place a comprehensive learning and capability building process, where the focus would be on developing the leadership bench strength of the IP Division through a common learning platform for building the critical functional, business, and people management capabilities.
PIPLA will act as a major vehicle for meeting business needs and overcoming current challenges. It will roll out of an integrated curriculum for all employees. Curriculum design and delivery will focus on the following key aspects:
Education: Formal Training (ILT, e-Learning, Simulation, etc.)
Exposure: Visibility, Self-Learning, Coaching, Mentoring, Field Visits, etc.
Experience: Special Assignments, Action Learning Projects, Job Rotations, etc.
