PIDICRYL BINDER 5555

Pidicryl Binder 5555 is an aqueous acrylic co-polymer textile pigment printing binder suitable for cotton woven, hosiery, viscose, polyester and its blended fabrics. Pidicryl Binder 5555 produces prints with better crocking and washing fastness properties with a bright appearance and soft handle.

Pidicryl Binder 5555 gives better crocking & washing fastness on cotton woven, cotton hosiery, and its blended fabrics
Pidilite textile binder 5555 gives very less penetration, leading to prints with higher colour value & excellent soft handle
Most suitable for fabrics which undergo frequent wash cycles, as washing fastnesses is exceptionally good
This binder is used in textile printing for cotton bed sheets, shirting, and dress materials printing, although can also be used for other types of fabrics
Pidicryl Binder 5555 pigment printing binder is suitable for pigment discharge printing packages
Pidicryl Binder 5555 print paste can be used for baby wear applications with the addition of urea in the paste

Application of Product

Pidicryl binder 5555 is suitable for a binder used in textile printing systems
To get the best fastness results, recommended that the binder to colour ratio should be 3: 1.
This is especially applicable for shades of 4 % & above
Recommended to use Pidifinish/Pidifix fixer (crosslinking agent) for improved wet rub fastness properties
For baby wear application, suggested using urea and curing at 150 – 160⁰C for 5 – 6 minutes
