Trisol R115 is a natural rubber based, solvent borne adhesive specially developed for the footwear, leather goods, and other allied industries.

  • Hydrocarbon solvent odour
  • Brushable liquid
  • Flammable

Technical Specification

  • Appearance: Colourless to faint yellowish liquid
  • Viscosity: 10 to 14 P
  • Drying time: Approximately 5 to 10 minutes
  • Tack retention time: Minimum 20 minutes

Application of Product

  • Attaching various substrates during manufacturing of footwear uppers and leather goods like certain natural and synthetic fabrics, foams, cellulose and leather insole boards, canvas, all types of leathers etc.
  • Temporary bonding operations where stitching is required or where very high bond strength is not desired
