AQUAGREEN 101

Aquagreen 101 is a water based adhesive. It is a dispersion of synthetic rubber/ acrylic resin with excellent flow and spread ability to give higher coverage.

Product Features

  • Shifting and alignment of surfaces is possible just after 5 minutes of adhesive’s application
  • Best flow and spread ability to give higher coverage
  • After the product dries over the surface of the substrate, it can be reapplied over the same surface of the substrate if needed

  • Appearance: Water base emulsion
  • Solid (%): 48% to 50%
  • Viscosity: 2 P to 7 P
  • Open time: 5 minutes to 30 minutes
  • Density: 1.06 ± 0.04 gm/ml
  • Application: Both side of the substrate
  • Handling time: 30 minutes after bonding
  • Full curing time: 24 hours
  • Coverage: 12 to 13 mts. 2/ litre(Approx.)
  • Softening temperature: 85C
